St. Paul's in Angelica celebrates Lucile Newman Community Tea

Bishop Kara and Rev. Virginia Tyler Smith joined the folks at St. Paul's in Angelica to celebrate the Lucile Newman Community Tea during 56th Angelica Heritage Days. Folks were treated to hors d'oeuvres and pasties, and of course, tea!
