Pre-Registration for 2023 Delegates (Clergy & Lay) & Alternates (A link for guests will be published later)

PLEASE Complete the form below immediately and only ONCE (takes less than 1 minute).

This registration form will be used to verify clergy and lay delegates from each congregation. We ask clergy or wardens in charge to be in touch with their delegates and be sure all are registered by Sept. 30th.

Convention Location: ZOOM Meeting Online 

 Date: Saturday, October 28, 2023

• 7-8 am Online Registration
• 8:30 am - 12:30 pm Convention

Requirements for all Delegates and Alternates:

• Must Pre-Register on this form by September 30th
• Must have internet & be able to access and use  ZOOM features for the convention virtual meeting
• Must have a valid individual email address, not shared with another delegate
• Must have a smartphone, tablet, or electronic device for electronic voting at the convention

​If you do not meet all the requirements above, please inform your clergy or warden in charge and do not pre-register.
