CORNING, N.Y. (WETM) - 18 Sports shares a special story of heart and will.

Most 13-year-olds are primarily concerned with doing homework and hanging out with friends on the weekends. For Corning wrestler, Jake Cole, he's endured so much more than the average teenager. Cole was born blind and autistic. This past wrestling season, Cole showed the world a different vision of life.

In December, Cole won his first match in the sport. The victory has propelled him to great heights of confidence. Along with his best teammate, his Mom, who was born deaf, together they are inspiring the entire Corning wrestling program.
